Notes: ``In Wonder'' is an example of Ausländer's mysticism, and I am fond of the poem because of it's simplicity. German has two plurals for the term word: ``Wörter'' and "Worten''. The former (used in the poem) refers to any collection of words, such a vocabulary list; the latter is an organized collection, such as a speech.
